This happens EVERY TIME when making the bed! I’m sure all you cat owners can relate to this one. 🙂 Without a doubt, when making the bed, no matter the time of day, when the sheet goes up, it comes down on a cat. Please like, share and comment if you can relate.
Anyways, that’s it for this week’s comic strip. If you liked “Making the Bed” then you’ll also love my other LWS comics– So head on over to my PATREON and support the comic. You will gain access to a ton of exclusive rewards. And who doesn’t like rewards? 🙂
Well hello LWS fans, and welcome to another new LWS comic called “Errands.” Y’all have been here. At least any pet owner has. You gotta get up and do chores, but your cute fluffy loved ones are asleep somewhere on your body. Ya can’t move, cuz they’re just too cute to disturb. And let’s face it, you didn’t want to run those errands anyways. Ha. You can tell Ryan feels the same way with his nonchalant “Kay!” Lol.
Anyways, that’s it for this weeks comic strip. If you liked Errands, then please go check out my othercomic strips. And don’t forget to share, share share.
On a side note, it’s Christmas soon, and there is no better gift to give that special someone than one of my Living with Stacy books. Don’t think, buy one now. 🙂
Hey LWS fans, I have a new comic out today called “Fitted Sheets.” Anyone who has done any chores in their lives know the pain and frustration one experiences when trying to fold fitted sheets. No matter what, they just will not fold into a perfect shape. Often times a folded fitted sheet will look like it hasn’t been folded at all. Rather rolled up and tossed into a ball. LOL.
I myself have fought with them only to have them turn out lumpy. So I now roll fitted sheets up in a tight tube of fabric. It’s my go to move. 🙂 Someone like Stacy though, who is an obsessive perfectionist, well– you can only imagine how that might turn out. In fact, I decided to draw it, and present it to all of you.
And now you know. Well that’s it for this week’s comic strip. If you liked it then please share, share share. Happy Thanksgiving!
Hey there LWS comic fans and welcome to another new relatable strip called “Cursed.” Stacy is having one of those days. You know, the days where nothing goes right and the very fact that you try to make it work and prevail the worse and worse it gets? Those kind of days. Curse those cursed days. Haha.
I know a lot of you can relate. Maybe it’s all this mercury retrograde talk…or maybe not. In any case, it’s best to push on through days like that the best you can.
Anyways, that’s it for this week’s hilarious LWS comic. If you liked “Cursed” then you’ll love other chores gone wrong strips like Rock Paper Scissors and Round Two. 🙂
P.S. Also Christmas is coming up and nothing makes a more awesome and super unique Xmas gift than a Living With Stacy Book! You can get the book by contacting me, the author. Books are $15.00 each plus $5.00 shipping. If you live close to me then shipping is free. For all you other lovelies out there, the LWS book will be available in chapters and amazon.ca soon, so stay tuned!
Hey LWS fans, and welcome to another new strip called “My Hero.” Heroes Ryan and Stacy arrive on scene to battle the dastardly and dirty dish brigade! Will the triumph over dirt? Well, turns out it was all in Ryan’s head and how he perceives doing the dishes. In a way, it is pretty heroic to do household chores. Maybe he’s onto something. And hey, who doesn’t love a spouse gettin’ down and dirty? :p
You’ll notice in My Hero that the imagination part is all in color! Does Ryan think in only color? Mind blown! Well, actually I just wanted an excuse to try and add some full color to Living With Stacy. Let me know what you think? Oh, and for those of you that wondered if Stacy’s hair was blonde or brown, just keep in mind, that’s her super hero persona.
Anyways, that’s it for this week’s comic, if you liked My Hero, then you’ll love Shower. I’ll talk to you all soon LWS fans.
Hey there LWS comic fans and welcome to another new hilarious comic strip called “Clean as a Whistle.” Stacy snaps on some rubber gloves and goes to town on the dirty dishes. Before she can bask in her hard work, Ryan swoops in with a cereal bowl and klunks it into the sink without a second thought. Cue the heavy metal music. Haha.
Clean as a whistle is a weird idiom for me. You may have heard the expression before…it means, really, really clean. However, if you stop and think about it, being clean as a whistle would in reality, not that clean. Right? I mean, how clean can a whistle get? You got saliva, bacteria, airflow, no good way to clean it. So, I think it may have been a sarcastic response to a very clean situation. There could be more to it, maybe certain types of whistles needed to be pristine? Is that a military thing? A British thing? Who knows…
Anyhoo, that’s it for this week’s comic. If you liked today’s LWS comic, then you’ll definitely like my other dishes themed strip called How to Get His Attention.
Honesty is the best policy. That is the name of the game in this Living With Stacy Comic, LWS #94 – Honest. Stacy comes home from work only to find the house in disarray and Ryan in his underwear.
This is my second update of LWS on my brand spanking new website! I’m excited to be continuing LWS and I hope you are excited to read it. 🙂
You may of may not know but I update Living With Stacy on Saturdays now. So check back often on the weekend for a new LWS comic. Also feel free to check some of my older ones if you’re new to the website. If I’m being honest, may I suggest starting with Trick or Treat. It was the first LWS comic I drew the main character Ryan without glasses and I’ve stuck with the design since! I hope you enjoy it! I know I do. Haha. Honesty is the best policy after all.
In other news– I’m nearing 100 comics milestone soon. When I do reach that magical number I’ll announce another surprise, so stay tuned. Catch you on the Flipside LWS fans! Happy weekend!
