Mall Santa - Living With Stacy Xmas Special

Mall Santa – Living With Stacy Xmas Special

Well, well well, we have another Living With Stacy Xmas Special comic called Mall Santa.” Stacy and Ryan take a trip to the mall and stop a Mall Santa setup in the main area. Mall Santa’s were all the rage when we were kids…but whose to say adults can’t have a little mall Santa fun too. At least, that’s what Ryan thinks, as he leaps onto Santa’s lap and divulges his big wish list of Christmas presents. Hey, a big boy needs a big list, am I right? Funny thing is, is when Stacy starts getting nervous that Ryan is taking too long– she yanks him off of Santa stating, “It’s my turn next! Quit hoggin’ Santa!” LOL. I guess it wasn’t the lineup she was concerned about. :pย

Anyways, that’s it for today’s post. If you liked “Mall Santa” then check out all my other Xmas themed LWS comics. ‘Tis the season, after-all. Also, do my a Christmas favor and support me on Patreon. I don’t know how to covey to you that you’ll love every second of your LWS CLUB MEMBERSHIP. ๐Ÿ™‚

A Chandler-Brown Christmas - LWS Comics Xmas Special

A Chandler-Brown Christmas – LWS Comics Xmas Special

Welcome to another hilarious Christmas parody comicย  called “A Chandler-Brown Christmas!” That’s right, this week’s Xmas gag is inspired from none other than Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang. One of my favorite jokes with Charlie Brown is when Lucy prescribes psychiatric help for 5 cents. It’s such a great gimmick and setup for a joke. It also kind of reveals how depressed Charlie can get…the comic is pretty dark for a happy, go lucky premise.

Anyways, I wanted to pay homage to Schulz’s style. I hope you liked “A Chandler-Brown Christmas!” If you did, you should check out my other Christmas themed comic strips, and don’t forget to check out my PATREON. Have a happy holidays! ๐Ÿ™‚

A Jeanie-Field Christmas - LWS Xmas Special

A Jeanie-Field Christmas – LWS Xmas Special

Well, well well…It’s Christmas again, and what better way to celebrate Christmas than with a LWS Xmas Special! I give you, “A Jeanie-Field Christmas!” Yes, if you hadn’t noticed, this comic is inspired by another famous cartoon cat– Can you guess who? Lol. I do not know what it is about Garfield, but I have been watching the old 90s specials– and they are both ironically and unironically funny. The animation is great, the voice acting is spot on, and the so bad it’s good comedy fills me with nostalgia I also have a bonus panel planned for this comic. It should be illuminating to say the least. So look forward to that soon.

I hope you enjoyed “A Jeanie-Field Christmas.” Paying homage to 90s Xmas specials is something I wanted to do this year. I hope you like it. More Christmas comics are on the way, so check back often. Merry Christmas! ๐Ÿ™‚

Toboggan - LWS Comic #161

Toboggan – LWS Comic #161

Well hello there LWS comic fans, I have another new winter strip for you called “Toboggan.” First up, isn’t the word toboggan a weird one to say and spell? Haha. I do believe it is native Canadian word meaning a type of sled transport of the Cree and Innu.ย  Neat huh?ย  Anyways, I’ve always called it a toboggan, thus is the title of today’s comic.

Ryan and Stacy go sledding during the first winter’s snow. What fun! Gasp, but it looks like Ryan’s sled is heading right towards in unsuspecting toddler. What is he to do?ย  Well, I’ll tell you. Since this is a true story (some of my readers out there may recall this) I can remember it clearly.

I shouted and shouted for the kid to get out of the way, but he kept his oblivious pace into the path of my sled. At that point, I had two choices as I knew I was going to plow into him. One, jump out and have the sled still hit the kid, but with less force, or two (you may have guessed it), stay in the sled and try to grab the kid as I hit him.

I opted to grab the kid, but my calculations on the force were incorrect. The moment I hit the kid, he popped into the air and flew over my head. I raised my hands up and caught him mid air, then proceeded to sled the rest of the way down the hill.

It was obvious the kid had no idea what happened. I plopped him back on the ground and he walked on. I heard him cry for his mommy a half a minute later though. Anyways, I felt pretty good about my decision, and continued on my sledding spree. Fun times. ๐Ÿ™‚

And that’ the story. If you liked “Toboggan” than you’ll love my other winter themed comics like Winter Time and I Have A Stick.

Stick – LWS Comic #160

Hey LWS fans, I have a new comic for you called “Stick.”ย  Stacy walks home from work one winter afternoon. Suddenly a kid runs up from behind proclaiming he has a stick. The rest, is as they say, history.

This was a story that Stacy told me one day when she arrived home from work. I thought it was so charmingly funny that I had to do a LWS comic about it.ย  I hope you all find it just as charmingly humorous.

Next time you see a kid with a stick beating up trees, remember this comic strip. Haha. Well that’s it for this weeks comic. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Years. 2020 is coming up fast, get ready baby!

If you liked “stick” then you’ll love my other winter themed gags, like Winter Time and Arbor. Happy Holidays yall. ๐Ÿ™‚

Living With Stacy #117 - Arbor

Living With Stacy #117 – Arbor

Hey Living With Stacy fans and welcome to a new comic called “Arbor.” What’s an arbor you ask? If you don’t know then you have something in common with me, Ryan. Haha, that is until my loving and knowledgeable filled me in on the world of arbors. An arbor is essentially a man made (and sometimes not) archway of trees. It’s also a lot of other nature-ish stuff. But you get it.

I was a little late getting this comic up so it’s out today (Sunday). If you’re reading this later than if I didn’t tell you that bit of info, you’d never know the difference. Haha. But hey, ya gotta put something down here for people to read, right? If you are enjoying my Winter comics, tis the season after all, then you will definitely love my other winter wonders, like “Pot Holes.”

Living With Stacy #110 - Winter Time

Living With Stacy #110 – Winter Time

Happy Winter LWS fans, today’s comic is aptly called “Winter Time.” Stacy laments the arrival of Winter with a cold sigh. However Ryan rebuts that he in fact likes Winter. Why is that, Stacy asks? Well because, it gives us more reasons to cuddle. Aww…

Anyways, it is almost officially Winter time here in Canada. Cold weather and snowy days are coming. But just because it’s that time of the year doesn’t mean it can’t be something to look forward to. Also, there’s this little thing….what’s it called again? Winter…seasonal…holiday…oh, it’s on the tip of my tongue. OH YES!ย  CHRISTMAS! Haha. I guess it’s not so bad. ๐Ÿ™‚
