I was inspired to write “Truths” after I read this amazing book called “You are a Badass” by Jen Sincero. In it she describes how to identify false truths and then establish your real truths in a way to positively impact your life. I recommend this book whole heatedly. IF you like other insightful comics then I suggest checking out “Human Condition.”

Hello LWS fans and welcome to the spookiest Living With Stacy webcomic yet called “Halloween Party.” Well, spooky in some sense…more like amazing and gross. Haha. In today’s comic we see Ryan and Stacy attend an old art school friend’s (Allie) Halloween party. I ‘m obviously dressed as Ray Stantz from Ghostbusters and Stacy is dressed as…well, a tampon. Haha. Anyone who can guess Al’s costume gets a cameo in the next Halloween comic. (:O
Funny enough…I thought vampires were supposed to like blood. Isn’t that ironic? I hope you all got that extra layer of humor there. Oh and this could be a part one of a four or five part story. I may delve deeper into more of the Halloween madness. It was one of my favorite parties in recent memories.

Welcome Living With Stacy fans to my latest comic called “Coddle.” Stacy is having one of those days. Looks like she may need some good old fashioned coddling. Super hubby to the rescue!
This particular comic is based on the everyday emotional trials that we must endure and that attempt to wear us down. It’s hard sometimes even if everything seems okay. That’s where a loving support can really help, be it a parent, sibling, friend or spouse. And hey, who doesn’t love a good old fashioned coddle, sad or happy? Huh? It just feels good. 🙂

O ye of little faith, Ryan says confidently as he turns his trusty screwdriver. As you may have guessed, today’s comic is called “Ye Of Little Faith.” Ryan attempts to fix a leaky faucet instead of calling the plumber. What could go wrong?
This scene has to look familiar to some of you out there. How many times has your partner professed the ability to fix something themselves instead of calling a professional? Haha. Quite a lot, I’m sure. I too would rather fix it myself, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and just call that plumber already! 🙂

We have a great Living With Stacy comic for you today called “Make up your mind!” Starring Tori, our lovable, needy, Brown Siamese-tabby mix kitty! Woo, that’s a mouthful. Any of you cat owners out there should relate to this one. Hello, and welcome to the official Living With Stacy website! You may be wondering what this Living With Stacy comic is all about. Well allow me to shed some light on the subject. Living with Stacy is a modern, slice of life, comedy comic about the everyday routines and struggles of a happy, young couple living with OCD. Join Ryan and Stacy (and their two cats) as they attempt to comfortably coexist, love each other and push through life in hilarious and relatable ways! To quote some random awesome guy on the internet, "LWS is cute, adorable and fun for everyone, even your cats!" Wow, thanks random awesome guy!
The creator of LWS wants to show you that having OCD, or a partner with OCD isn't the end of the world. While dating someone with obsessive compulsive disorder does provide some unique (and occasionally funny) challenges, it can also be normal, loving and warm, just like any other healthy relationship. :)
Living With Stacy is now being printed in the Advance, a local newspaper from my hometown. The Advance is a faction of TC Media which publishes papers across Canada. Anywhere from Halifax, Nova Scotia right to Vancouver, BC. I'm super excited to be a part of it. Keep an eye out for LWS strips in your local newspaper and of course, please continue to enjoy the comic on my website.
