Living With Stacy #32 - Top 20 Pay Attention Cute and Adorable

first comic previous comic Living With Stacy comic archive Next comic Newest comic

Hello Living With Stacy fans! Now most of you animal lovers out there should relate to this one. How many times have you come home only to be greeted by your kitty (or puppy) but were a little too tied up to pay attention to them? How many of you have had those cute cats weave in and out of your legs in an attempt to let you know they need some lovin'? Haha. How many of you have toppled over as a result? Well if you answered, "me" to those two questions then you can definitely understand my plight. But worry not, there is but one rule to master to avoid such a fate. Number one best rule for pet owners getting home from work is-- To actually take a second to pet and greet your animal friends. Haha. That's right, it's that simple. In all honesty, who doesn't want to do that in the first place? However, if you find yourself in a sticky situation in which you have an armful of groceries, then try this; make your way to the counter, drop off your load, then proceed to pet the cat. Remember, safely disengage the groceries and then pet the cat. You can put those frozen chicken breasts away soon enough. If executed correctly you should have a happy kitty and a topple-free evening. No sneaky leg weaving tonight!

One more thing before I sign off. If you notice that your feline friends follow you around everywhere regardless of how much attention you give them, then it really becomes a matter of watching your step. Sometimes a verbal "kitty?" will do the trick, and other times you have to physically pick them up or foot them away. Remember, your animal loves you, so if they trip you down the stairs, it was probably not their intention. So I urge you all to spare a little time to greet your pets when you get home. It might just save your life...or not. Haha. That's all the (useless) advice I have for you today. I hope you liked today's LWS webcomic. Please share and like and tweet it to everyone! Thanks! See you soon.
